CAMO PROJECT
As a proactive aviation entity, Aurotel aims to elevate operational control and enhance airworthiness oversight of our fleet through the establishment of an in-house Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)
OBJECTIVES
To establish an internal CAMO to directly manage the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet in compliance with CAAM regulations and standards.
VISION
To become a trusted and self-reliant CAMO entity for general aviation, ensuring top-tier aircraft management and safety standards within Malaysia’s aviation ecosystem.
MISSION
To manage and maintain our aircraft documentation, maintenance records, and airworthiness directives with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
CERTIFICATION
Upon successful audit and operation during probation, we aim to receive official CAMO certification from CAAM.

PROBATION
We intend to mirror our current CAMO practices (with EJA and FRAS) during this period. Target: Smooth and compliant operations within a 12-month probation.
EVALUATION
Our facility and documents are prepared for CAAM evaluation. Operations will be housed at our Wirakris Hangar, Subang.

- CAME checklist and Application checklist Nominated Post Holder documentation (Form 4)
PRE-APPLICATION
Consultation with CAAM’s Airworthiness Division on 2 January 2024. Pathway and requirements confirmed.
